I remember reading about the genesis of female impersonation in Renaissance theatre when only men were allowed on stage. Performers specialized in female roles,& it was considered a true, serious art to channel the feminine. Jim harkens back to a time when this illusion was an art form, not a parody.
Jim should get together with a writer(I'd do it!) to write a biography/guide book on how to create a female character with depth and grace.Maybe it would encourage others to try to do it as well.
