  • Very nice, so the only carbs you will be eating is breakfast meal, pre workout 2 fruits, post workout 80g (fruits??). What would you recommend for someone trying to lower body fat, I need to lose ~30 lbs. Should I have a diet like this or is this only when you carb cycle?

  • @razattack1337 Stay tuned, i dont suggest this as I have more muscle then the average bear and my body responds uniquely to this method. I will make a video on dieting principles soon!

  • Thats more like it but your veggie selection looks a little limited. Do you keep your carb intake limited to just before and after your workouts? And do you eat a ketogenic diet on your off days?

  • i do also fitness ...but why the fuck are people doin it like bodybuilders..when 98% of is no professionalbodybuilders..its ok eat eggs and so on but in that way..

    now that ive gained sum knowledge... ive come to this.. n i see that to gain muslce i need a good diet...i started with almost 30% body fat it has gone down to 18% :D..YAY....
