The band is Agents of Misfortune -- Not EZ Street.  Cliff Burton and Jim Martin formed the band after the breakup of EZ Street but before Cliff joined Trauma. It was filmed at the HARD Battle of the Bands auditions in Hayward, California around 1981. The drummer is Dave DiDonato - who is now a contractor/developer in Northern California.

I searched up EZ-Street for this if this is really that band then the guitarist should be Jim Martin from Faith No More.
