I saw this proir to it going to the West End and it is without a doubt the best piece of theatre I have ever seen!! Absolutely AMAZING, I'd give anything to watch it again!!
It was just in Minneapolis and on the last night, the guy who played Albert didn't catch something he was supposed to so they did the whole scene over again, and then the woman who played Myrtle (i think that's her name) changed a line to "he may be a rubbish catch, but at least he's a gentleman" and it was hilarious.
This was amazing- I saw it in London earlier this year (I believe it was March- April time may have been a bit before) consequently I wrote about it in my AS level theatre exam and it really lends itself to theatre studies written work. Was truly amazing in my own opinion! loved the film too so was v.happy :)
I saw the St Ann's Warehouse first showing in DUMBO. It was simply the best piece of inventive theater I have ever seen! Along with some hilarious side stories, tremendous sound and sight special effects, I left the theater breathless to tell all to run and see this magnificently entertaining play that will leave you dreaming of Brief Encounter long after it's over.

The fact that they use Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No.2 already makes this an amazing work haha~

Absolutely Fabulous. Noel Coward isn't spinning in his grave, he's grinning.

the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco held me spellbound with this nostalgic, giddy, haunting production of MR COWARDS BREIF ENCOUNTER !
