This is a short form I taught to spa and resort guests. It draws from elements of the Guang Ping Tai Chi set (an unusual Yang variation). Demonstrated for my regular Tai Chi class.
I thought I should do something to improve the quality of this clip (reduce noice, improve contrast, etc), but you can only improve bad video so much!
The original footage (long since lost) was captured as a Windows AVI file. The file was converted to an Motion JPEG movie to allow me to edit it in FCP. Noise reduction and sharpening was accomplished with Neat Video software.
@wingspan100 If I were to redo the video, is there anything else you would want changed?

I follow this video every this style is better for my body. Is there any chance of redoing the video with no people in the background? These nice ladies are very distracting.
