11th hour: Hormones Day 1(MtF Transtition Blog 4)

Today(08 June 2010) marks my first day of hormone therapy. Everything is set to go and my transition officially begins.

Starting doses are Vivelle Estradiol Transdermal Patch at .05mg/twice a week and Spironolactone at 25mg/day.

Also question to other trans individuals, when starting hormones did you experience nausea and/or vomiting? I'm... kind of scared of it to tell the truth (._.;).

Congratz concerned ab out the dosage levels the seam light I'm on 50 mg twice daily spiro and 2 mg estrodial 1x day is your doctor trying to ease u in be aware that some dr do palitive care (imcase u change ure mind) which is bs because it wastes ur time hugs though I'm happy for u hit me up if u want I'm 2 years tg hrt
