Time-lapse hand carving a ring wax model - Alexandrite and diamonds

Time-lapse carving a ladies 14 karat yellow gold mounting. Includes snapshots of the master casting from the wax carving, the rubber mold made from the master, a wax copy, and the final product set with stones and polished. The ring has a 6mm princess cut Alexandrite in the center and twenty 1.2mm diamonds.

I'm using a flex shaft and various files to carve the wax. Yes, these could also be used to carve argillite since it is a softer stone.

It's not too fast. It is a time-lapse. It's not classified as "Educational". We are working on some educational videos that show in detail how to hand carve a ring wax model.
