In tibetan culture, the wheels must be turned as the clockwise, you did it reverse

Im planning a big trip from Italy to Indonesia by no plane, Ill get to kathmandu around november and Ill be headed to Lhase...do you think there might be transport restrictions beacause of the weather? Thanks so much for any info on that and keep making videos!!
