Make no mistake. But the dirtiest place in Singapore is 'Little India' (Serangoon road). BTW, i am of Indian origin. What I am asserting is not out of prejudice, but out of pure fact. You need to visit that place and compare it to the rest of Singapore in order to understand what I am saying.
