P.S. I'm from the United States, rules and requirements for equipment differ from region to region. I know some of the techniques used aren't quite what people are used to but that's because what is in the video is what my coach teaches. Everyone has their own styles that they grow into, these are starter steps.

Also, I know my voice sounds funny in this, the wind was real bad so I had to voice over the entire audio in a crowded room so it doesn't sound quite right.

@kanggaruman i'm actually not, in the fall of 2008 i dislocated my shoulder and had to have surgery in the spring of 09 so sadly my field hockey carreer is over

i am the real freshman here i mean i had my first partice on a game and that was my first time ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but i got injuired on my first game but i love pain!
