  • No it is the side of an opening, blockwork returned to external brickwork with insulated vertical dpc to stop any damp penetration and avoid cold bridging,,

  • 1:18 isnt the bricks too close to the blocks, shouldnt it be about a brick width space

  • Damn I need to move to the UK everyone uses stick frameing over here in the US they still build out of Brick and Block over there. Oh i can do my own Founds anyone need a sub over there?
