1:18 isnt the bricks too close to the blocks, shouldnt it be about a brick width space

Damn I need to move to the UK everyone uses stick frameing over here in the US they still build out of Brick and Block over there. Oh i can do my own Founds anyone need a sub over there?

Do you mean from foundations upto dpc , or the dig and concrete founds?
