Suspected Reptilian: Ray Stanford (Project Starlight 1980's)

The following interview was taken from an episode of the Arthur C. Clarke's Mysterious World documentary which was aired in the early eighties. This episode was focused on UFOs. The interviewee is Ray Stanford, at the time Director of a Project called Starlight. When the footage is analyzed in slow motion his teeth appear to be shape-shifting from normal teeth to distinct spikes! Also the logo on this jacket has a snake with a pillar symbolizing the brotherhood of the snake and other reptilian influences, just like the $ dollar! The Reptilian agenda has been to project UFO suggestions into the minds of the public for many years. This interview was nearly 30 years ago! People need to question their motives and not believe everything they see on TV or read in books about UFOs.

The symbol was a combined P & S & I for Project Starlight International. He wasn't in it for money. He never really made any money from it.
