it doesnt work that way
the universe is expanding and everything is we can "measure" is in the universe so technically for us there is no end and no final frontier
but what we can measure is first the age of the universe and second the expansion
looking in the universe means looking back in time
the farer you go the farer youre back in time
this means if you reach a certain point you cant look further cause everything is too dense because its a time where heavy things happened
