#EN. Tutorial - Fixing "Windows Installer" Errors.

This method works only on XP Builds , Vista would not solve it that way.

for the brainless creatures :

Msiexec /unreg - Wipe's , Deletes window's installer registry values
Msiexec /regserver - Restoring default values within the XP to the installer.
