Gullah/Geechee TV Nayshun Nyews with Queen Quet Ep 23 Pt 1 SCAAHC Awards 2010

Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation is the host and director of "Gullah/Geechee Gwine On Nayshun Nyews." In this Pt 1 of 4 of Episode 23, she interviews Sallie Ann Robinson, a native of Daufuskie who is a well known author. The are both in Columbia, SC for the South Carolina African American Heritage Commission's annual award luncheon. Queen Quet received the lifetime achievement award at this January 2010 event. The Daufuskie Island Foundation won the project award for 2009.
