Sha Rene' performs,"Escapade" at the Clef Club - July 18.08

Sha Rene' performs at the famous Jazz, "Clef Club." "Speak to Me" This Jazz club is Philly's longest running poetry venue and is Poetically Lyrical. Sha was happy to be part of such a creative crowd and other performers. The headline for the evening was Marc Marcel, a fantastic poet! "Escapade" is a part of Sha Rene's new spoken word poetry book, called, "Words Can Explain." Sha is sassy on stage as she reads as if an actress is on stage saying her own words aloud." "I see my poetry as dramatic works." I look forward to passing my art off to actors and actresses who can make my words come alive. "I do this now, but look forward to the day when I can direct or do a cameo singing and playing keyboards." I plan to go back to the Clef Club and perform my music." says Sha Rene'
