Indeed, Simon Tong. He replaced Graham only for Blur's gigs. I also believe he later left the band since in Damon's vision Blur requires Graham..

Great song on a great album from a truely remarkable band!! Love to see Oasis or any band pull off am album as good and varried from the typical indie rock crap thats floating around since Blur made this record!!
