@SuperEdian wow, um your an idiot, General Choi Hong Hi was the founder or Pioneer of TaeKwon-Do. Even white belts know that.

Jaroslaw Suska - What a legend! I hope he can come to Australia one day soon. I'd love to meet hm

@Pope2501 its probably very late to reply to this but...sine wave doesnt increase forward momentum, it increases the distance you can accelerate over to generate more speed. the downward action introduces your body mass at the point of impact.

Ok, put simply, this guy sucks balls. So badly.
You've just ruined my favourite pattern.
I've taught 8 year olds' and they can do it better than you.

Ok, first of all this is not me. Second, this is only the most-winning patterns-athlete that has ever been in ITF taekwon-do! I think he is 4-5 times World champion, 16 times European Champion and a whole bunch of viktories in Nationals. So I have only one thing to say you, put your eightyearolds in the world championsship in Argentina 2009...

Do you guys usually do your hyungs this slowly. Or is the instructor going slow for the purpose of the seminar?
Megamisophone 4 years ago
No, this tempo is the "correct" way of going Tuls! But it shall be said that he hadn't warmed up before he did this Tul, but the tempo is perfect.

Yes thats absolutely right...but in this case, it was a seminar where he was the instructor and needed to know the time. But in other cases its totaly correct:)
