This demo will provide you with an updated peak at Citrix's Project Independence, a local desktop virtualization solution, currently under development. Some of the technologies you see in this demo will be derived from the collaboration agreement that Intel and Citrix have formed to deliver a client-side hypervisor solution.

  • Just add custom sounds to each VM.

  • Ever used Office? Unlike in tex you can actually have > 4 fonts.

  • technically nice - but it can be confusing if alert sounds from one VM interfere with using the currently visible VM. But I suppose this is a usabiltiy problem that cannot be solved.
