@sihaigit its because wax comes from far inside the skull and the side you lie on most is the side it falls to.

so gravity is pushing it to that side when he sleeps.

i have a shorkie & he has ear infections often .... what can i buy over the counter to clean his ears at home ? i wash his ears when i give him a bath but i would like to know what i can get over the counter to clean them right... can you tell me what to buy for Milo ?
