This is from www.stm-usa.com rights go to them. They make topographic maps for museums etc. Looks like an inkjet printer head stuck on a CNC machine. Similar process used for Airbrush Printers. To see videos on Airbrush Printers checkout users RoboPainter, artrobo, QUADRO4X4, RoboLac, ARTROBO054.
Seems like this technology is over looked for some reason or nobody really knows it's out there.
