In teams of 2 or 3:
Buy In: Team 1 Mile Relay Run
Then complete 5 Rounds of:
Tire Flip (500lb - about 30 feet)
Broad Jump Burpees (about 30 feet)
Waiter's Carry 55lb Kettlebell (only 1 member can do the carry at a time - all other Bear Crawl!)
3 Rope Climbs (only one team member on the rope at a time - all others wait in leaning rest!)
Now that there is light at the end of the tunnel do 100 Wall Ball Shots - 20lb ball
(Note: only one member can do these at a time, all others do Knees to Elbows while waiting)
Buy Out: 1000m Relay Row - If you aren't on the rower - Do Sumo Deadlift High Pulls while you wait!
Best team of 2 completed this in 44 min and change.....
