I've been discussing bipolar on another website with women determined to stick with drugs. I doubt they will even look at this video--I posted it there. It seems many put themselves on hold in regards to spiritual growth and healing. Isn't this the root of the bipolar condition: resistance to spiritual growth?

@sleestack808 Yes I know, but unfortunately it has become somewhat 'cool' to be labelled as a depressed person on medication, see how western culture glorifies depression and suicide (emo music), it is especially a trap for many of those who already have a low self-esteem and are prone to seeking out a group/tribe to belong to out of loneliness.

@carefulcarpenter I think everybody is playing in everybody's delusions if you ask me. But I see what you mean, its unconscious but people use some of their ailements to nurture their ego. That said, I'm fascinated by the bipolar disorder as I had a -former- very close friend who was a bipolar and had made me suffer for years before he got diagnosed. It seemed so entwined with his ego.

I cannot adequately explain what I mean here. Words and shared meanings get in the way. I've read so many books to confirm this statement; and I've battled with people lately who use bipolar as an excuse for so many of the messes they've made in their lives. I'm not saying people consciously realize what they are doing-- yet on the other hand--they are so very aware of their manipulative ways. They warn us-- and if we agree to play a part in their delusion-- whose to blame?
