I am one of the reenactors in this video. We do this without the horse because a horse+crowd+reenactors+gunfire­+small space=disaster. This is not an exact reenactment, but pretty damned close. We normally get very favorable remarks from the spectators.

Well, interesting. I must hand it to these actors. It takes balls to play a 33yr old Wyatt and a 29yr old Doc Holliday at their advanced age. Oddly enough, there is a new show at the OK Corral, a very different cast of actors. I think they refer to it as the Main Event. From what I've heard, it's very good and anything but comical.

The re-enactment is entertaining and naturally should be a part of your visit to Tombstone. I think all the actors do a fine job to show us something of the time and space involved in this historic moment - not like the movies and they do it safely day after day.

i saw this in tombstone, and it's awsome, just like the show. but first there is like a half hour of talking then the shooting.
