wait... I get that it's less work and everything, and I'm not bitching by any means, but, if your goal is to make a Realistic looking character, or to prove it can be done, or more specifically that YOU can do it, then shouldn't you be manually making the whole thing, instead of using mirrors? just because they force a symmetry that doesn't come in nature...

I understand everything I’m seeing and how this should work, but when I extrude I get these green and pink lines running across my viewport and they’re guiding my extrusions off the ZY plane. Even though I am a newbie, I have worked with the mirror modifier, made several rough models and yet I’ve never seen these before and they’re messing with my modeling. Anyone know how to deactivate them?" any idea how to turn off this green and pink axis ? HELP

ive been trying this for ages, altho the artisitc skills are there you need to know the tools, there's we're im a noob
