This video pretty much represents how I've been training over the winter and spring. It was originally supposed to be a gym sampler kind of thing, but I hurt my back during baseball season and didn't have enough footage to finish it up. So, I made it into a whole winter/spring movement sampler. This winter I mainly focused on conditioning (flagpoles, planches, and handstands, oh my!) and flipping, not really too much parkour. The spring was pretty much the opposite...a lot of flow work, barefoot training, etc. with some focus on isolated movements like climb-ups. Much thanks to Hotshots gym in Plainview, for letting me train there every Saturday over the winter and of course NYPK. Also, everyone from AIM for encouraging me and getting me hyped to try bigger and better things. I hope you enjoy the video :) Train safe...peace

  • good shit dude. I need to train like you do. My upper body strength isnt where i want it to be but i guess thats what practice is for. Hopefully my vids get a little better and fluid like urs are.
