This video misses the main point(I think) which is that people can now be put on a secret list for secret reasons and imprisoned(notice they say "detained"!!!) for as long as they remain on the secret list. And since they cant see the list or the reasons why they are on the list.....

And the reason for this? This makes it possible to arrest people for what they are thinking, if those thoughts find a voice. But literally "thought crimes". I urge everyone to read George Orwell prophetic "1984"
