Why is healthcare related to Social Security? Because Social Security is a socialist program that is on its way to breaking the American Bank and universal healthcare will stop growth in the American economy. If we reform Social Security by giving everyone a Lockbox with their name on it this will allow all wage earners to retire a millionaire. If you need clarification on this go to PrivatizeSocialSecurity.org and learn how you can retire a millionaire by just voting.
Neil,
Why lie about the Canadian system? Don't you think it is bad without lying about it ? Well don't you/?

"Correlation does not imply causation" The phrase's opposite, correlation proves causation, is a logical fallacy by which two events that occur together are claimed to have a cause-and-effect relationship. The fallacy is also known as cum hoc ergo propter hoc (Latin for "with this, therefore because of this") and false cause. By contrast, the fallacy post hoc ergo propter hoc requires that one event occur before the other and so may be considered a type of cum hoc.

Well, I don't know what you mean about lifestyle that is not diet. You mean sleep or exercise? How do "social attitudes to health" influence longevity?
I would be more sensible to your arguments if it was just France or any other single country. But America is worse in life expectancy (and infant mortality) when compared to most other developed countries. These countries vary wildly in diet and lifestyles. They have one thing in common: universal health care.

Healthcare is an infinite want. The American system provides more healthcare and diversity therefore it costs more

Life expectancy can attributable to many different factors such as diet, lifestyle, social attitudes to health etc You will note that Americans have a bad reputation on these counts and they may be significant contributory factors.

Some facts Cavuto conveniently neglects to mention when talking about health care in France vs U.S.
Life expectancy
France - 80.59 years; U.S.- 78.06 years
Infant mortality rate (per 1000 births)
France - 4.2 deaths; U.S.- 6.3 deaths
Percentage of GDP spent in health care
France - 10.5%; U.S.- 15.3%

If you like anarchy so much YOU move to some uninhabited island. And spare the rest of us civilized folks your constant whining.

Never heard of him. Move to Zimbabwe and push a wheelbarrow if you like Collectivism so much. It's not a modern idea. Leave enlightened and sensible people alone. Move. Find a place where the Dark Ages suit you. Put any fancy Scientific label on it that pleases you. But, eat it. Leave smart people be. We grow weary of you.

it's ridiculous either way since the empirical evidence all around the world proves it is cheaper.
