You will have to open your iPhone. It's probably your digitizer screen. It could have wiggled out of it's place a little. I'd unplug all 3 ribbons holding the screen and frame and check if any are burnt out somehow. If all looks good plug them back in snug and turn iPhone on. If after that it still doesn't work then you will need to replace your digitizer glass screen.
