I do agree this phone is good, and I have had mine since September 2008. It has been through wear and tear; a few light drops in the past, however it has recently developed an electrical fault with the screen. It goes black whenever its turned on, and sometimes it takes 20 or more attempts to get the phone to turn on correctly, this can be frustrating. Also once the phone is turned on, the screen brings up all different colours, and lines which means me turning off the phone. :/
