You'll Remember Me||Episode 2

Surprise! I'm sorry it's been two months since the first episode. I apologize. I have been very busy with high school and christmas BUT, I managed to get inspired and write. So, enjoy and Merry Christmas! Love, Elissa.

The bell rang and we jumped out of our seats. His voice was gone for the duration of class so I did end up finishing my essay. My most prized possession? The pearls my Grams gave me when I was young. Every year she added a new pearl up until the year she died. Funny, on the year she died my powers came in. She always said my mind works in mysterious ways. And it was only then did I realize what she truly meant. You see, I have the ability to place images in people's minds. But lately all that's happening with my mind is that voice. His voice. What kills me is that I have no idea who he is. Or why he's even in my head. He just is, everyday. Selena was the first to know. She sort of freaked when I told her. We were sitting on my bed surrounded by huge fluffy pillows.

"What do you mean there is someone else in your head?"
"Exactly what you just said. There is someone else's voice in my head."
"How? What? Huh? Explain!!"
"His voice? It's sweet and pure and nothing like I've ever heard. It's intoxicating and it's distracting. Sel, I lose my focus when I hear him. That's never happened before. Never. It's honestly the most amazing voice I have ever heard. The most amazingly irritating voice."
"Do you know who he is?"
"If I knew who he is we wouldn't be having this discussion. My whole point is we have to figure out who he is."
"How? I can't hear him remember? He's in your head, not mine."
"DONT REMIND ME!!"
"I thought you liked his voice. Eh, eh?"
"Shut up." I smirked and threw a pillow at her. "Well are you going to help me find him?"
"Like I said and I'll say again, how?"
"I honestly have no clue."


Miley doesn't know about him yet. I just can't seem to tell her. Even though we are best friends some things we don’t all need to know about each other.
We have a group called, The Wicked Ones. We all came into our powers at about the same time and we were all friends. So eventually we told one another. Miley can temporally mute all senses and Selena can erase all present feelings and take you back to normal. Brenda was a part of our group but she... I don't want to talk about it yet. Not now.

I walked to my locker and waited for Selena. Selena bounded forward and raised her hands. "Guess what I thought of?"”
"What?" I asked excitedly to please her.
"What if this mystery man goes here?" She smiled, looking satisfied.
"What do mean by here? Like here at the school here?"
"Well duh. What did you think I meant?"

Miley walked up behind her and smiled. "Meant about what?" Selena gave me a look and turned toward her. "Nothing. What's up Miles?"”Miley's smile slowly faded. "Why are guys hiding things from me?"”
I laughed trying to lighten the mood. "Pshhh! Us hide stuff from you? What?! No."”I swatted at her arm and she tugged away. "You are. I know it. Please tell me. I thought we told each other everything."”She looked at us pityingly.
A tall blond with curly hair walked by us and stopped. "Since when can you tell when people are lying, Miley?"”Taylor Swift. Oh no. She's nothing but trouble. Us three girls exchanged looks. No one else in the school knew about our powers. What did she know that she wasn't supposed to know?
Miley finally spoke. "Whatever do you mean Taylor?"”Miles smiled her charming smile and Taylor looked irritated.
"You've never been very observant before." She retorted.

I looked at Miley and then back at Taylor. "What's it to you?"”

She smiled wickedly and turned on her heel. She whipped her hair around and walked away.

Selena laughed. "Did you see her face?"”We busted up laughing and Selena mocked her.
"Blah blah blah. I'm Taylor Swift. I know everything. Humph!"”
Miley, being the fashionista she is, was all, "Did you guys see her shoes?! She had the new Nicole Brundage ankle boots! Ahhh. I would kill for those."”We all laughed again and walked away arm in arm. "I'm sure you would."”
