  • Great thing :D

It will even help me with my guitar skills (>?) ^^

  • @falling3guns There is always a danger of pulling or straining your hand with very hard or heavy exercises so just start out slow and everything will be ok man..

  • @dbrebin do two handed kettle bell press, that works the thumbs really well

  • @ chumbulezco. Walking fingers by John Brookfield is correct. He even mentions how techniques like this can be utilized to improve Kung Fu. Give the man some credit.

  • @ExDeeXD Yes MMA is a sport and not %100 realistic as it has its limitation.. Kungfu ,Karate and many other traditional martial arts encompass a more complete approach to self defense while sport is only a smaller part OR option... the problem nowadays is the the naive public have been brainwashed to thinking that MMA is the ultimate way to learn self defense...

This series is a great one for grip strengthening... I applaud the author ..

  • the muscles ur training are in ur forearm

  • Can you hurt your hand by doing this? It seems like you might be able to. Im a experience lifter so I know how to tell with limits but I just wanted to ask. Oh and do you know any good ways to condition the body for kicks and punches? So they arent as effective. Almost like an endurance training but not aimed at evading; just taking hits. I thank you for any help you may have to offer.

  • @havoc151976 it is very sad when you see that a person can say something like this, from your comment we saw that you aren't very smart :D Martial art and sport, different things, martial arts are for surviving while sport is for entertainment.

  • those who know, know! those who dont, keep them dumb. great work outs!
