@therealavatar69 There are real consequences in a war obviously but the parallels of war and a great many games/sports should be obvious as well. Our species is driven to compete and like it or not a lot of people enjoy the competition of war. Hell, even chess is a game based on war. Vietnam was bad but it is not "special". If you have a problem with a game based on Vietnam you should have a problem with EVERY form of war oriented entertainment otherwise you are a hypocrite

@tyme4mike I disagree. War is extremely similar to a game, that is why the concept translates so well. It is all essentially a challenge oriented around an objective.
