Anne Clark-Stewart on the Nortel Pensioner Issue

Anne Has been active for 2 years now trying to convince both the Provincial and Federal Laws that deal with Pensions for a company that declares bankruptcy. The current laws allow a company to merely walk away. Pensioners are then at the back of the line when the assets of the company are distributed. They required preferred status to access the monies that they earned and invested in the company Pension Plan.
