A Muslim who calls another Muslim a Kafir himself is Kafir. This is not what Mirza Bashir-ul-Deen said but was said by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). An Ahmadi-Muslim never pass such "fatwahs" of the like that we see passed by these malicious Mullahs. Anyone who declares Shahada is a Muslim. So let Allah be our Judge. لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله

@ahsan109 Mirza Bashir said everyone is a kaafir except Ahmadis - Even those Muslims who have never heard of Mullah Mirza Ghulam- EVEN those Ahmadis who believe in the Mullah, but don't give him Bay'ah. They're also kaafir. This is in "The Truth about the Split" available in English.

That was his Fatwa.

@blinkerfatiha In short, the Ahmadi faith is not Islam, but I do not pass judgement on individual Ahmadis.

However, Mirza Bashir-ud-Deen, in his book "The Truth about the Split", declared all Muslims to be kufaar.

Since I have read the whole text of the "Truth behind the split" I will not even bother asking your for the exact citations because it was never stated anywhere that people who are not Ahmadis are Kafir, Ahmadis are not the one going around killing anyone or declaring Muslims as Kafirs. It just goes to proof that brother your motives are not to find truth but to dwell in darkness. As a fellow believer my heart goes out to you in prayers that may Allah show you the right path.
