@babygilbert0 i know your comment may be a bit old, but i was wondering how you feel/felt about the whole Steev Mike thing. about that whole "scandal" that was hyped up about the corporatized creation of "Andrew W.K."? i think regardless of any corporate interests there were, and the auditioning process to be "Andrew W.K.", the guy was very sincere and intelligent and had a message that was positive. i'd like to know what you think about it. :D

He's got something special going on upstairs, that's for sure. As to having been around the block a few times, again, just by his age alone, that's stretching it but he's picked up a hell of a lot more from the blocks that he has been around than most people would.

He's not only been blessed with a good brain but also with being exposed to people who have helped him learn how to use that brain to it's full potential.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I loved the presentation that Andrew WK gave that I had the honour of attending but I do think that what is already a good idea can only become more refined by life experience.

@thegirl44 Nah, he's an artist. He's well-trained in piano and has worked with Current 93 and noise artists. His philosophy is probably one of the best philosophies you'll ever hear in your life: party hard.

HE'S A YOUNG MAN IN HIS 20'S for fuck sake, of course his philosophy is a little weak. It's experiences and information that flesh out a well developed thesis.

At least he's on the right track.
