I diabetes daily....my advice is to stay clear of pre-packaged foods (or at least packaged foods that need a caloric explanation!) this goes for sodas beer and wines - Do yourselves a huge and favor and shop in the produce, meat and fish departments and take the time to actually cook your own foods from fresh ingredients, share cooking jobs with friends so that you have someone to be healthy with...you will be happier, healthier, smarter and have less illnesses....Diabetes is a horrible thing!!
