@aztec406 spawning winged ants are good food for mantis.no sting loads of fat in the abdomen and wing muscles provide good protein. i rear wild caught giant asian mantis juve as pets and i feed them wild caught insects and spiders.i have reared a few from hatchlings till they reach adulthood.4 to 5 inches for adult females and 3.5 to 4 inches for males)
