The Republican party was formed by abolitionists. After the 15th Amendment was enacted, blacks voted Republcian, until 1933 during the New Deal when FDR agressively bought black votes with the promise of welfare. Ironic how the party that lost their black slaves after the Civil War, was able to buy them back not so many years later.

Martin Luther King Jr. was a Republican and James Earl Ray who killed MLK was a Democratic Socialist !! we dont want another Socialist in the white house !!
