i have a question. if you remove a mole with cancer is there a chance for it to spread when you do it? like i have heard that if you were to remove a dorment mole say it had cancer in it theres a chance it will spread is that true?

super, who knew pre cancer was pearly, shinny, etc. I was always taught to look for brown/black moles!
