Brazilian government representatives travelled to the territory of a solitary uncontacted Indian - the last known survivor of his tribe. They wanted to find out if he is still alive and how to best protect his land.

  • How sad. Why don't they send another native to contact him? Surely there's a related tribe somewhere, who've been contacted already, who can serve as intermediaries.

  • I bet he'd kick ass on "Survivor"

  • FUCK BEAR GRYLLS, WE GOT THIS GUY!

  • Sure, go rifling through his stuff. >:(

  • So where is he... dislike

  • looks like another government trying to be fucking nosey.

  • @nkb9876 Anyway, fool, just because a people live in a different manor doesn't mean it's the exclusively right one. Should women really be subjected to Sharia law (and men for that matter), simply because we should respect their culture, no.. And to claim these people live in complete peace is more ignorant than any foolish comment below, skirmishes and murder is not a product of modern society, barbarism if anything in this century has declined greatly. Though war is at a whole new scale:(. BAI

  • @nkb9876 The ethical thing to do would to eventually integrate these people at their own accord so they can flourish and contribute to society. If you claim extending opportunity to those completely isolated is ignorant, well sir you are a douche, everyone deserves to live their life as they see fit.. If that means children never learning of the galaxy, the universe, no medicine, death by trivial illnesses, starvation, still births. Well I am sure you would accept it with ingratiating arms.

  • @nkb9876 Being advanced technologically has no intrinsic element that demands ethical advancement too. I would much rather live in a society where I can foster my own education and live in a time of exciting advances, space travel, physics, medicine; bearing the consequences assorted with such advancements. The predicament is not solely of technology, if you were to give these people the means to use nuclear weapons, do you suppose they would be act more morally with them than us? I think not.

  • This is very sad. He's like the Omega Man, and we're the lecherous murderers.

  • what sky people

  • @therealteasha you are a brainwashed fool.

i can't wait until this so called "advanced" civilization violently destroys itself
