Chateau on the Lake's Executive Chef Anthony
and his Talented Pastry Chef Nancy Gilderson-Frew. Keeping in the Christmas Spirit for the last 4 years has created a Ginger Bread House winter wonderland with their 1st chalet in 2004, then the spiritual 10 ft. tall Church with color pulled sugar windows. Trying to out do themselves, Chef Anthony and Nancy created The Chateau Village with both sides of Branson store fronts. Many pounds of confection, white and dark chocolate, cocoa butter, couverture, candy, cookies, pretzels, assorted nuts and hundreds of ice cream cones for all the Christmas trees. The hours spent on these displays for our Hotel Guest where greatly appreciated, just ask our gift shop attendants how were selling out of disposable cameras all thought the holiday seasons. But let us not overlook our Master Carpenter, Rick Derrington for all his hard work.
Merry Christmas and God Bless from,
Chef Anthony J. Burke C.E.C. and The Culinary Team of The Chateau on the Lake and not to forget Rick.

  • Does Billy Idol realy have a Christmas album? I Love The Gingerbread Houses at The Chateau. Chef Anthony shows the holiday spirit in every one of these art piece.

  • I LOVE it.
