  • the c25k is a great program to start...for me i wanted to do it bc i love to run and want to get into marathons...and it is a good way to start off easy before going into more extreme workouts like p90x, which i am doing in the new year...good luck with your c25k and enjoy it, all you have to do is pace yourself....i am doing my week5 run1 today, very excited to be half way :D

  • you'll run 5k not 5 miles. its 3.1 miles. but i have the c25k app on android its amazing i'm on w3d1
