you just stated that sony had nothing to do with blu ray than said they were were part of the blu-ray the blu ray disc association and the fact that sony is the main shareholder of the blu ray technology yes those other nine companies are also associated with blu ray but blu ray has everything to do with sony

Sony and a lot of other major corporations own blu ray and are known as the Blu-ray Disc association Microsoft not being one of the any come who wants blu-ray will have to pay for the technology therefore paying Sony
