Walk Like an Egyptian is a very well-known song that isn't as easy to sing as it first seems. You've got to cover both the lead and backing vocals, which gives you only a few places to catch your breath in each verse.

Otherwise, it's just a matter of convincing your vocal cords to make those quick pitch changes accurately. Some people sleaze by the scoring on this song by skipping some of the pitch changes entirely and just humming a straight pitch (yes, it does work, and I've seen it done), but as you'll hear on this track, it's totally not necessary.

I only wish my whistling skill were a bit better, but I did what I could with it. Cover your ears if you have to. :)

Blowing air gently into the microphone )or really making any noise at all) scores those whistle phrases just fine if you can't whistle. It won't sound right, but the game doesn't care.

This isn't actually the first time Harmonix has charted whistles. If you have the Pixies song "La La Love You", the wolf-whistles in that song are also charted on vocals.

Wow man, I like your singing voice in general, but especially so in this video. Dunno exactly why, but I do know that the lower notes sound superb to my ears. And I liked the whisling of course!

Ohh! I have yet to play that song in RB2. It makes it more fun to have the whistles charted in the song in my opinion. :D Not sure how well I'd do trying to whistle an actual tune though.. haha! You nailed it though!
