I'm always up to something in the kitchen! Today it just happens to be Vegan (Thats right, Vegan...) Eggnog! You need Almond Milk for the Eggnog, so I also decided to throw in something extra and show you how to make some all natural almond milk from scratch, too!

  • YOU SHOULD SOAK THE ALMONDS FIRST FOR 8 TO 24 HOURS AND CAN EVEN SOAK THEM FOR UP TO 48 HOURS IF YOU WANT

  • Kelsey, this was great! I will use your recipe during the next holidays.

    In our house we have replaced cow's milk with cashew milk. I used to make almond milk, but you have to strain that. The cashews melt away like butter. Soak 1/2 c. cashews overnight. Rinse well and blend with 3 c of water. I am lactose intolerant and my husband wants to go zero cholesterol (vegan), so this works well for us.
