@Kendo1123 vitamin c isnt required, it just helps the uptake she sais. Just take a bit more if u skipp vit c. Magnesium relaxes muscles, and therefor helps to pump blood around. PRobably thats why u feel tingles. If they hurt too much u might have to stop. If it goes away after a couple of weeks continue.

we have to think of our body as a high performance car that needs to run a full speed.
and magnesium guides and directs the fuel functions/ processes in cells. for optimum health and energy and improved mood and we need the supplement when more of it is needed that we cant get enough amounts from foods.

@vooooom Hi, Americans get a lot of osteoroposis because they get too much calcium at a young age.
The more people consume calcium, and therefore have high mineral bone density when they are younger, the less they can assimilate calcium and use it to build bone at an older age. It is because you have exhausted your body's ressources in osteoblasts (the cells that fixes the calcium to the bones). Like skin cells, there is only a limited, pre-defined amount you can produce in a lifetime.

I started taking magnesium with calcium a week ago, I can feel the difference. My energy levels have increased, my blood pressure has leveled out and my sense of well being has increased with a decrease in anxiety. Thank you, this truly works.

how can calcium help magnesium absorption when everywhere i read it say that magnesium and calcium repell eachother.
And i read that citric acid and mineral salts are high in phosphates.
do not citrus fruits contain both ascorbic and citric acids, and therefor is it good or NOT good to drink lemon water with magnesium?
i dont know if "mineral salts" means sea-salts or table salt. but i guy on youtube is saying that south of italia has lower cancer probably because they eat a certain salt.

@danger0usknowledge caffeine in tea is ok though as it's alot lower than coffee and tea consists of other stuff that counters the harmful effects of the caffeine in it. coffee doesn't. drink tea, not coffee:)

Good advice. Avoiding all caffeine
is also a good idea. IMO, this is why
observant Mormons look so good.
They avoid alcohol and caffeine
and work under their own steam.
A radical concept for most ppl.
