DAEHYUN's SHEAR LINE for Heavy Gauge has two different types; FLYING DIE SET SHEAR and FLYING SHEAR. Both can cut the maximum 16mm thickness coils.
The sheet products are used to manufacture Containers, Ships, Automobile frames, etc.
Gang Slitter installed in Shear Line to produce the materials for C-shaped frames of big automobile bodies cuts the slit coils, which optimizes the operation procedures.
The installation of two levelers; one for light gauge and the other for heavy gauge, improves the line operation efficiency.
DAEHYUN's FLYING DIE SET SHEAR is " a DOWN-CUTTING SHEAR" of which the upper knife comes down to cut moving forward and backward. This forward and backward movement of the upper knife is driven by NC control caused by Servo-Motor installed Rack & Pinion.
DAEHYUN's FLYING DIE SET SHEAR produces the sheet products continuously at the maximum line speed of 60M/min with minimum operation costs. Magnet Piler has a magnet conveyor installed on the upper part which piles up the maximum 12M length sheet products.
