@Epic1 dude those were some sick bails though. I've been actually practicing releasing from that into handstand/dive roll. saw some russian doing it and seems like that's nearly what you did but from half that height. that looks like significant enough height to seriously screw you up but nicely executed. hope you recovered. peace
