Is "flowing breeze swaying willows" the same thing as Zifagong or Spontaneous Qigong?

Thank you FlowingZen for sharing this video. Very beautiful and empowering performance. I can feel the chi from grandmaster Wong shooting out of the monitor :-)

the swaying willow helps to circulate the chi and unlock any chi blockages and is performed after practicing the energy cultivating forms
Interesting video... I just have a small question: why do you use the Japanese "on" reading for 禪 (Zen) instead of the Chinese one in the English translation??? Isn't that Chinese Kung Fu?

I use the word "Zen" because it is in common English usage.

What would happen if he poked someone with his finger?

Students have turned weak and pale from a gentle poke of Sifu's finger. Without a quick remedy, they would have gotten worse and worse. With the remedy, they were fine.

Yes, but I heard that the one finger zen was supposed to do extremely strong physical damage instead of progressively worsening physiological damage.

One Finger Zen is an internal art, and thus does internal damage. A strike from a master of One Finger Zen interrupts the flow of energy, thereby causing physical damage. Remember that the situation described was a gentle, accidental touch without intent to harm, and yet it still did damage.
